It's no secret that the transport industry has long been dominated by men. New data is helping shed light on the severity of the imbalance we are facing, and the tangible benefits to a business' bottom line of addressing it.
In celebration of NSW Womens Week (8th -14th March, 2021) Emily sat down with Lauren Bourke, the National Transport Manager at Randstad, to discuss the findings of their December 2020 Women in Transport report, detail practical advice for businesses to increase gender diversity, and the misconceptions surrounding women-at-work.
