A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, a great statement but l want to explain what it means. Before l get into it my intuition behind this podcast was to use the little experience that l have on life to send a message to someone who feels like they have done all they can do but to no avail. The thing is you don't have to be great to get started but you have to get started to be great, so just take one step at time and that's how closer you are to your goals. So let's grow this audience together and let's be comfortable to joke about our scars, but the most important thing is to keep moving
