I can't believe I'm saying this, but NEO is five years old this month!  

Like many, we get a little reflective on birthdays, and while reflecting on this amazing 5-year journey and all the learnings we've had, I've realized that the core principles we believe in haven't changed at all. In fact, they've become stronger.  

Today, I want to share this NEO manifesto with you, knowing that it will help us as a community on the journey to find a way forward together and to keep values and sense of purpose intact. It can be done, and it is worth it. Manifesto is a big word for a human-sized consultancy, but we've never been shy.
