Ruangguru will be utilising the funds to expand its product offerings across Indonesia and VietnamMumbai and New York-based growth-focused venture capital firm, General Atlantic (GA), on Thursday (December 26), announced that it has invested over $150 Mn in Indonesia-based edtech startup Ruangguru in Series C funding round.

General Atlantic On An Investment SpreeEstablished in 1980, New York-based General Atlantic forayed into India on May 9, 2013.

Earlier this month, Bengaluru-based edtech startup Unacademy had plans to raise $100 Mn in Series E funding.

It was speculated that the funding round would also see participation from GA and GGV capital.
