TW: Anxiety, Depression, Suicide
Kendall Keyser is a student at Virginia Tech and loves podcasts, crafting, hiking, and her dog, Paisley. On this episode, she shares her perspectives regarding her experience with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Persistent Depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. Kendall had this to say about her experience on the Disability Perspectives Podcast: "It was a joy working with Utah. Disability Perspectives is a podcast with tremendous meaning. It shows care towards the whole population, disabled or not. Utah’s passion combined with his ambition can make a difference in normalizing disabilities. I hope my perspective cultivates more comfort around mental health problems for individuals that are seeking assistance. The extent of someone’s disability, no matter how large or small, does not make it any less valid for seeking help."
