Rowland Hobbs is the Co-Founder of Stake.

Stake creates a better relationship by rewarding renters for staying, growing, and living in the neighborhoods we call home. Stake invests in their residents with return on rent, a monthly rent match that is invested in a real estate index fund. Residents use their returns to save for the things they love. Stake connects a diverse range of properties to make the first rental network. Renters move anywhere in the network and owners earn more the longer renters stay.
