We finally had the chance to sit down with our great friend, Larry Wilson of The Wilson Organization, a firm that focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, and diversity. Larry has years of experience under his belt working for some of the biggest companies in the world, such as General Motors, Miller brewing, and a few others.

In his 60s he decided to start his own business based around experiences in his life that he was passionate about. We had a great conversation about his background, how his years at these massive companies helped him start his company, the challenges of being a business owner, and more.
