Solo episode today about generational differences in policing. Now, I'm just one millennial cop, but I've wanted to respond to a few things I've heard about how we're lazy or won't come in on our off time to fill a beat. This is not a confrontational episode shaming the older generations - this is an attempt to point out what our (millennial) thought process is.
