salaamu alaikum! this weeks episode is a bit of a continuation of my last episode regarding therapy and healing work. i speak on the ways that it is truly a privilege to have all our basic needs met and have the time to think about and heal our trauma wounds. this is something our parents and grandparents likely didn’t have the ability to do. we should not take it for granted and do the work it takes to be better versions of ourselves for the sake of Allah and to serve Allahs creation as best as possible!! thank you for tuning in!
