Sometimes trauma masquerade as some mental illness like chronic depression, lack of motivation, addictions, impulsivity, lack of unifying direction, looking for perfection, people pleasing. I don’t have any direction, I just do what I want in the moment, doing same mistake over and over again, inability to take risk, being a people pleaser, procrastination, paralysis of initiation, can’t engage in moderate relationships.
