Outside my old office, there were a group of homeless people posted up on each intersection. 

4 in total. 

One day, I was looking out the window and noticed a guy get some money from someone waiting for the light to turn. 

The driver gave him some money. 

I watched one homeless many walk over and give it to another homeless man. 

That made me smile. 

They are some of the happiest people in the world.  

Not because they're homeless, but because they've found a way to give back when they have nothing. 

There's a lesson in this. 

Look at all of the most prolific human beings on the planet. 

Bill Gates.

Warren Buffet. 

Jeff Bezos. 

They all have the "Givers Gain" mentality. 

When you find it and walk into a room, people see it. 

They see your joy. 

Happiness. 

It attracts them to you. 

Givers gain. 

That's the secret. 

Generosity is a reciprocity agreement between you and the universe and everyone on this planet. 

Try it this week. 

Then next. 

Watch what happens. 

Take notice of your mood. 

The reactions. 

Expect nothing in return today. 

Watch your life change. 

And watch yourself as you become the change in someone esle's lives.
