God creates the heavens and the earth. Day 1: Light; Day 2: The firmament; Day 3: Dry land and plants; Day 4: The sun, moon, and stars; Day 5: Birds and sea creatures; Day 6: Animals and man; Day 7: God rested.

Adam and Eve sin by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and they are cursed and kicked out of the Garden of Eden. They have two sons, Abel and Cain, one of whom kills the other and is cursed. Adam and Eve conceive another child, Seth.
