If God is good all the time, why it is that we can't see consistent goodness in our lives? The reality of goodness is that it is cumulative and too often we only focus on seeing the end product of goodness instead of the smaller "good things" that God brings together to ultimately create something that is "very good." Genesis 1 reminds us that God has been working "good" things into "very good" outcomes since the beginning of time.
