In the first episode I welcomed Clint Sears, a longtime friend and creative collaborator, to take on the very meta task of creating the format for our show...in realtime.

Clint has spent many hours in the writers' room, in the producer's booth, and in the director's chair and his insights on what we should do with the show were amazing.

We talked about everything from how to create conflict and urgency in the format to whether we should be making money off the damn thing and how...it was a great look at how podcast sausage gets made.
