YeHoVaH blessed Day 7 and rested on it.  Day 7 was sanctified; it was set apart from all the other days.  The seventh day was the only day that was blessed, rested on, and sanctified. Arthur delineates the Commandments from YeHoVaH that were designed so that man would keep the Holy Sabbath Day holy.
