What happens when we lack faith, doubt, or implement our plans?

Gid is still faithful to accomplish what He intends, and He is sovereign even over our failings and shortcomings .

This is no excuse to sin or live however we please, rather, it is reason to rest in God's sovereignty as we make our daily decisions.
