Genevieve Rice is one of the best comedians in Phoenix, Ariz. She started doing stand-up in 2007 when Oklahoma City's scene was tiny and got her footing in Arizona, where she began her producing career in 2014. She established the Bird City Comedy Festival in 2016 and she spends six months every year making sure it's as good as could be. Rice co-produces The Birdcage, a weekly show on Zoom, too, and hosts the Little Bird open mic every Thursday.
