I had an amazing chat with Twone, who’s had a fascinating career journey. She started at China’s largest genomic bank 'BGI' and making non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) available to all provinces in China. During the pandemic, she joined Alibaba Health, where she built AI-powered tools such as knowledge graph to let people consult doctors online instead of waiting in long hospital lines.

Now, she’s focused on Gitcoin DeSci Asia, working on decentralized science and public goods. Oh, and she even translated Kevin Owocki’s "GreenPilled" book into Mandarin!
