Professionally, I am a Nationally Recognized Top Leader, Producer and Trainer across multiple industries. I’m known as a “Change Agent”  for my work in “Team Culture” and producing positive results with contagious energy, passion and love. I founded Gens Johnson Inspires, a company designed to facilitate growth and success in all 3 Pillars of Development of a person – Personal, Professional and Legacy.

My passion is helping people move into effective action and achieve next level growth resulting in becoming one of the “One Percenters” in the world, true top producing leaders.  For over 25 years, I continue to coach, consult, train, professionally speak, lead successful teams, and create positive results.  I also understand when a person is happy; they are a healthy, productive person that contributes their best efforts.

My education consists of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness, which speaks to who I am at the core – a professional focused on the complete development of a person mentally, emotionally, physically, and professionally.
