In today’s episode, we discuss thoughts on four components of relationships: duration, proximity, frequency, and intensity. What about those connections when you meet someone and you feel like you have known them forever? Or those relationships that pick right back up as if no time has passed? We discuss how this formula doesn’t take synergy and genuine connections into account. In order to cultivate genuine relationships, we must enter into relationships as our authentic selves and embody the type of genuine connections that we desire.
