In his fourth State of the Union address, President George W. Bush discusses the need to strengthen the economy, preserve the values that sustain a free democracy, and promote global peace. Bush focuses on the recent victories in his presidency and promises that the United States will adhere to its responsibilities to its people.  He emphasizes American support for liberty at home and abroad.  President Bush also addresses the need for Social Security reform and proposes new social programs.
