President Bush delivers his Second Inaugural Address as he is sworn in for a second term in front of the U.S. Capitol. He emphasizes the United States’ historical tradition of delivering “freedom” and “liberty” to its citizens and others abroad upon his inauguration to his second Presidential term.  The speech’s theme echoes the President’s sentiments towards Saddam Hussein as well as his controversial decision to invade Iraq in 2003 during his first Presidential term.
