In his fifth State of the Union Address, George W. Bush discusses rebuilding Iraq and the continuing fight against terrorism in the Middle East. Bush makes the case for maintaining troops in Iraq, calls for investigation of entitlements, and announces an increase in clean-energy research.  Bush discourages leaders from promoting political and economic isolationism, and firmly states the U.S. refusal to retreat from the threat of terrorism.
