I self-published my first book a few years ago entitled, 'Bosses Who Kill'.  I initially planned for my second episode to speak on excerpts from my book.  However, George Floyd was murdered just two days before my recording session; and I just couldn't not talk about it.  I am a firm believer that the new age serial killers show up as leaders in every workforce you can imagine, teachers, police, doctors, nurses, athletes, sport franchises, etc, etc.  People, who have been given authority over other humans but have no idea how to lead.  I've been sick of it for years now, so much so I wrote a book about it.  Yet, we are still here, standing by watching people in leadership kill other people-literally, figuratively, emotionally, and so on.  When does it stop?
