This is not a call for revenge, payback, retribution or a vigilante squad.  This is a call to act in a manner prudent to saving the lives of black men, women and children.  In no way am I advocating violence except in self-defense.  We must stop just video taping police murdering our loved ones and start making citizen's arrest.  A police officer committing these types of crimes is no longer a Policeman, but is impersonating a law enforcement agent and should be dealt with accordingly.  Making a citizen's arrest in this particular instance without considering the risk factors may have serious consequences for you and others involved.  You may have to touch the individual or seize his/her firearm to detain them.  Your personal safety and that of others could be compromised by attempting an arrest.  You will need to have witnessed and videotaped the criminal conduct.  Tell the individual you are placing them under citizen's arrest [on video if possible] and hold them until police arrive.  Ask for his/her cooperation until other police arrive.  Do not question or search the subject.  This is my "Call to Action" for black men.
