The Georgia Power Integrated Resource Plan was filed January 31st. Georgia Power is required to keep a 20-year plan for current and future energy needs, distribution and production. This 20-year plan is updated every three years in its IRP filing with the Public Service Commission. Public Service Commissioner Tim Echols outlines the plan and the PSC’s review.
