                On a non-descript farm in Georgia sits an odd Stonehenge-like structure. In 1979 an enigmatic man using the pseudonym R. C. Christian commissioned the building of this strange monument.  The stones contain a list of "guidelines" presented in 8 different modern languages, another 4 ancient languages are also present on the nearby "Explanatory Tablet."
