Gerald M. (Jerry) Weinberg wrote more than 40 books and 400 articles, among those some classics such as "Are your lights on?", "Exploring Requirements" and "The Fieldstone Method". He received the J.-D. Warnier and the Stevens Award. Jerry is also a charter member of the Computing Hall of Fame in San Diego. He began his career in the 1950s at IBM and has since then deeply influenced the software industry. We talked about leadership, requirements, problem solving and writing itself.
