Il nuovo Cancelliere tedesco Scholz ha ribadito l’impossibilità di applicare un embargo completo nei confronti la Russia. Prolungamento dell'uso del nucleare e del carbone sono ipotesi che il Governo sembra aver chiarito definitivamente.
