Today’s Diaspo Tip is about getting a mentor in the workplace and/or while in school. I never thought about getting a formal mentor - only had informal mentors here and there. After navigating school and career and seeing the importance of mentorship first hand, I decided to take mentorship more seriously; and I sought out and developed a formal mentor/mentee relationship.
