REGGIE D. FORD is the founder and president of RoseCrete Wealth Management, a financial services firm that provides investment management and financial planning strategies for affluent and high net worth individuals and businesses. Reggie is the author of the bestselling book, Perseverance Through Severe Dysfunction: Breaking the Curse of Intergenerational Trauma as a Black Man in America.
Reggie holds his bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and his master’s degree in accountancy from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Reggie has been recognized as one of Nashville’s Black 40 Under 40, Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, as well as Nashville's Top 30 Under 30. He was also nominated for Forbes 30 Under 30 and in 2020, Reggie was featured in the Top 100 People in Finance magazine.
Reggie is an inspiring motivational speaker on topics such as trauma and resilience, mental health and wellbeing, and social justice.
From a community perspective, Reggie serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations with a focus on healthcare, wellness, and childhood empowerment. He is also a certified yoga instructor and leads awe-inspiring classes for people of all backgrounds.
