Covid-19 had us all shut down for months.  If your office was like mine, you may have had to furlough some employees, which feels freaking awful.  

I always try to find the silver lining in everything, and while this time has been hard and awful, I've learned a ton.  In this episode I talk through some of those things and tell you some of the things I've learned personally during this time and what I did to help gain perspective.
