Easy to read and uses real stories from others
I am a couple chapters in and so far it has been really sound advice. Chapter 4 about different roles and focusing on which roles are most important hit home. 100 percent reccommend

Great Book
This is one of my all-time favorite business books. The format of illustrating the practices through personal stories and antidotes makes it an easy read. Not only have the principles helped me at work they have had an impact on my personal relationships as well.
