Today is a special episode about a special person. Matt is back with an emotional story of a woman named Pam Courtney, a hero in the Sacramento community. The reason he is sharing her story is because the original goal of the Get Better Everyday podcast was to tell the stories of Everyday Superheros. She was Matt’s physical education teacher, and then also Matt’s sons’ teacher as well. She was severely injured in a car accident, but received a 2004 national honor for exceptional work as a teacher with a disability.
