Welcome to part two of poppy livers story. His story has it all THLS fam. He was told her couldn't, he was told her never will, he was told he was to slow, small, and not suited for the goals he has for himself. In Part One of his series he explained his background in depth. All starting from his youth and climbing the ladder to his college all start football days to being the amazing training influencer he is today. 

 

Poppy trains not just to look good, impress people, or just have a nice body for the "beach". Training saved poppy's life. Whenever life got really complicated and dark, training brought him back to life. I've preached this over and over again, but training is more than reps & sets, calories, macros, ect. It's about how it impacts your life emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, and overall all aspects of your life inside and out. Poppy shares how training brought him life and how it can do the same for you!
