Hi, welcome to the Women Behaving Boldly podcast, the podcast that features women who share their stories about personal and professional growth and transformations—to uplift, encourage, and inspire all of us to live our most beautiful, fulfilling, and elevated lives. I’m your host Alana Marie.
This is one of the inaugural episodes, and I’m so happy you’re here today and thrilled to introduce today’s guest—Kellie Resue. Kellie is a Mental and Behavioral Wellness Coach who provides coaching and consulting to women, families, and educators since she created her company, Connection First Consulting in 2018.
Kellie also supports teens through mentoring and provides community-based and case management services in Boise, Idaho. Kellie regularly blogs *and* has a new writing project related to the work she does with women. Kellie is a lifelong learner— passionate about the human capacity to heal, love, and begin again.
With a degree in psychology, decades of work with families and educators, her own lived experience, and an unwavering belief in people, Kellie brings her clients support, hope, and a straightforward approach with strategies that empower lasting change.
