Too many of us live an inauthentic life. We spend too much time caring what other people think of us and not enough time really living our own lives. The source of these opinions are often toxic. I want to discuss with you why you should stop caring about people's opinions, and ways to get rid of this unhealthy habit.

So today I'm going to talk about a framework called the Eisenhower matrix that is designed to help organize tasks based on their importance and urgency. I'll take you through how to evaluate all the little things that are shooting at you every day, and how to pick out what should be your focus and what shouldn't matter as much as other things.
