Kelly started at The Center in 2019 and continues to provide new opportunities for youth with physical challenges. Youth Services at The Center offers a variety of opportunities for youth with physical challenges to actively participate in recreational activities, adaptive sports, community outings and social engagements to meet their individual needs and goals.
