This time of the year it’s easy to check out.
Especially if you don’t have the results that you wanted to create over the last 12 months.
And that’s really why I detest New Year’s Resolutions. It’s just another false starting point when in truth, we have a choice in every moment to make a powerful, new decision rather than a decision from resignation.
So this week I'm going to COACH YOU!
I want you to have a sense of clarity and certainty BEFORE New Year arrives.
I want you to feel anchored in to resourceful and powerful emotions AND taken a step toward creating the self concept you need in order to start creating the results you want.
And before we start, here’s a thought I want you to borrow as we do this work together.
THERE IS PLENTY OF TIME LEFT THIS YEAR FOR ME TO GET DIFFERENT RESULTS AND CREATE A POWERFUL PLAN FOR GROWTH.
Because I’m going to be sharing coaching resources that I use with my clients, I’ve created a PDF for you to download so that you can really maximise the potential of this work DOWNLOAD IT HERE.

THE GROW MODEL IS A FOUR-STEP FRAMEWORK.
G – GOAL - Getting clearer on your goal and have an understanding of why it’s important to you and what values it meets for you .
R – Reality. Where are you at now. Create some context for creating action steps based on that.
O – Generting options and seeing opportunities for growth and action
W – Way forward. This is your commitment.
What I’m going to do now is give you 3 questions in each stage and my suggestion is that you answer them ALL – even if it feels like you are repeating yourself.
A big part of growth is challenging the models with we function within in life. Because those models have created who we are and what we have.
Change requires changing our models (most of the time) and so give yourself permission to do the things even if your brain tells you why you shouldn’t!
