The problem I see with young optimist students is that they lack clarity on what they want in life.

When they try to figure out, They think in term of degrees or papers. I want you to understand to cut through all that B.S 

Get clear on what you really want. Not degrees or something.

Start to define what an extraordinary life would be for you. To me, An extraordinary life is life on your terms. All I want you to know is what are your terms.

And People don't even know who they are.

Get clear on your IDENTITY!
