New York native and Atlanta transplant, mother of two lovely daughters and former educator, Coach Kim M. Martin is a passionate speaker and storyteller.

With nearly a decade of know-how as a Quality Assurance and Support Specialist, Ms. Martin has helped franchise business owners go from ground breaking to grand opening and now hosts state-approved trainings for small businesses throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.

Having obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA in Human Resources, she is now pursuing her Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University.

She is the Founder of Sideline Coaching Services, LLC where she shares her own testimony of tragedy and transformation; from filing for divorce {for the third time} to losing her 16 year old daughter to a brain aneurysm.

Having recently left her "day job" in the corporate 9-5 arena, Kim now inspires other professional women over forty to get {and stay} motivated and maneuver midlife manifestations to pursue their purpose and passions.
