Today we sit down with De'Andre Guin.

De'Andre Guin, Sr. is the Director of Engagement at Meals on Wheels Montgomery County, overseeing Human Resources, staff development, and workplace culture. He also builds community partnerships and raises awareness of the organization's mission to support homebound seniors. Previously, he served as Mobility Planner for the City of Conroe Transit Department, addressing transportation needs for diverse populations. With 20+ years in healthcare, De’Andre is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist who served individuals with brain injuries, mental health conditions, and developmental disabilities.
