Get Deep Wit Des

Some reflections and shares from this past year that I have learned and will not bring into the new year with.

Feeling like I constantly have been Navigating the world as an apology.

What does that mean to me?

Do I apologize because of what I’m saying and how I’m saying it or am I apologize to make someone else feel validated? Comfortable?

How does that honor me?

Moving past that and embracing all of me just as I am! Unapologetically! Please feel free to share your thoughts & reflections that came listening. 🙏🏽

QUICK FIX I KNOW I MENTION THIS WAS BEING THE 3rd episode; that was a mistake on my end lol. But moving on: This podcast episode was a truly the most deepest one yet for me! I talk about a time in my life where I was literally so deeply unconscious and disconnected from myself & how I showed up to the world. But it shows the shifts, the changes and a lot of real getting deep with Des! I hope you take what you need & leave what you don’t. Enjoy & thank you for listening.

This episode I truthfully dive in with this question and reflect on past self & how I have always been on a battlefield with finding the answer for self. I hope this helps someone feel the need to want to reflect and truly get uncomfortable to get to the truth of it all in honesty because that’s what we are deserving of! I love you, I see you, and you are always worthy

In yet another reintroduction I am expressing self & showing up real & raw even when It get uncomfortable because this is my version of TALK THERAPY BABY 😊 let’s start the show

Having been shifting and moving through changes with self. I felt inclined to make my return to something I love doing. Talking my shit !! Holding space for myself to let loose authentically and unfiltered. To ramble on and find my soul tribe, my community & to build a community.

Hi guys! So here’s the first episode. In this episode I just share something that’s been present with me & others I’ve been in communication with.
