The Get Fit at MIT challenge is a 12-week, team-oriented fitness challenge open to the entire MIT community. Running from February through April, teams of five to eight people work hard to reach goals of minutes exercised. Teams qualify for weekly prizes, but success is really gauged by lasting lifestyle changes measured by weight loss, improved eating habits, stress reduction, and more. How can you GETFIT?
