Today I'm here solo sharing what I've done in my business, that is 100% reliant on having good employees and has a higher than average turnover rate in a good market. As a business owner, you can't give up! You have to adjust your systems when they stop working! 

Through a little trial and error and a lot of talking with other business owners, I've got my hiring totally under control, even during these "hard to hire" circumstances we're in!
