It's imperative that we keep a consistent watch on our mental health. This week was 50/50 but I was able to get through. Every day I see the light I have another day to fight. Staying to yourself and understanding who you are supposed to help and who you are supposed to listen to is also key. Fight for yourself do not allow yourself the stay in the darkness for the sake of someone else consuming your light. Believe in you and stand on it!
