Get Outdoors with Drew and Cam

This week, Drew, His family and the usual suspects bolt to Molesworth, Victoria, for a relaxing camping getaway with friends, campfire stories, a bit of trout fishing and plenty of laughs.

There are a couple of little trout caught along the way, but let's be honest… the real highlight might have been the seriously good pies from Buck's Bakehouse in Yark!

It's a simple weekend away, but it's exactly what getting outdoors is all about — good mates, camping, fishing, great food and getting away from the everyday grind.

So grab a cuppa, settle in and come along for a bit of camping, fishing and outdoor fun in Victoria with Drew and Cam.

Well… this is a little bit different!

For the first time in a while, the boys have not been able to catch up,

But rather than leave you sitting there staring at your phone wondering where the hell we are…

I thought we'd do something a little different.

We're going BACK TO WHERE IT ALL STARTED!

That's right… we're digging into the archives and re-releasing our very first ever episode.

Now, if you've been listening to us for a while, you might remember this one.

And if you've only recently discovered the podcast, well… you're about to hear Drew and Cam before we had any idea what we were doing!

No fancy podcasting experience.

No idea whether anyone would actually listen.

Just two blokes with a love of getting outdoors, a microphone, and the bright idea that maybe we could convince a few other people to get off the couch and come along for the ride.

Because sometimes the best adventures are the ones that cost next to nothing.

Sometimes something as simple as a bike can open up a whole new world.

In this episode, Cam shares how his son getting a new bike is giving him more freedom, confidence and opportunities to get out and explore — especially as a neuro-spicy kid. It’s a great reminder that getting outdoors doesn’t have to mean climbing mountains or travelling hundreds of kilometres. Sometimes it starts with two wheels and a bit of confidence.

Then, because this is Drew & Cam, we get stuck into a couple of very important campfire debates! 😂

🧊 12V fridge or esky full of ice? 🍅 BBQ sauce or tomato sauce?

Two questions that could quite possibly divide families, friendships and entire camping communities!
