Our past conditioning has only allowed us to think and act in a certain way. What if we could unlock more by changing the way we operate? Marvin was able to find a new passion & opportunity by stepping out of his comfort zone. He is known for being one of the first contractors in the Asphalt industry to get in front of the camera to promote his business. Now Marvin runs a media company called Blacktop Banter that helps asphalt contractors grow their business through the use of social media.
