Hi Y'all!

Back by popular demand, we have 1st Sgt. Will Williams on the podcast! Who are we kidding, if we didn't have him back on I figure I would be next in line to be pushed out of a plane! 

We picked up from where we left off with Will heading to basic training.  From there, we follow along his route in becoming a 82nd (All-American) paratrooper to his ultimate decision to have the Rangers patch proudly on his shoulder.  We discuss the bumps and bruises, obstacles, difficult choices, and what "WE" means as a team.
