SHE'S BACK!!!! I really hosted one episode then said byeeeeee. She's had a moment well, I'm still in said moment, but I'm ready to get back into things. There was a period of reflecting and now we take that knowledge and grow from it. In today's episode, I talk about my relationship with the work I do and how it leads to an endless cycle of procrastination. Is my perfectionism a cover for procrastination? We will never know. I share with y'all some things I do to shift my perspective, cuz at the end of the day that's the only thing you can change.
